The problem
Independent fashion is often presented as either surface-level imagery or a generic product catalog, leaving the meaning of the brand disconnected from the buying experience.
Bianca needed a coherent world—origin, symbols, voice and products—alongside credible checkout, fulfillment, account and administrative operations.
A global audience also requires the store to connect discovery, trust, payment, shipping and post-purchase communication without losing its distinct identity.
The system
An editorial commerce experience carries the Baylan origin story, the Bianca symbols and the product catalog through one deliberate visual language.
Stripe checkout, Printful catalog and fulfillment flows, worldwide shipping logic and durable order records turn the brand into an operating store.
Clerk accounts and Convex-backed orders, submissions, support, notifications and analytics support customers and internal operations beyond the first purchase.
My contribution
Created the venture, brand world, story, symbols, product direction and commerce proposition.
Designed and built the responsive storefront, origin and vision experiences, product journeys and customer account flows.
Implemented the commerce and operating system across payments, fulfillment, orders, authentication, submissions, support and first-party analytics.
